Power of PATIENCE

There is no evil like hatred,

And no fortitude like PATIENCE.

Thus I should strive in various ways 

To Meditate on PATIENCE.

deadly anger

Whatever wholesome deeds,

Such as venerating the buddhas 

and (practising) generosity,

That have been amassed 

Over a thousand aeons,

Will all be destroyed 

In one moment of 

ANGER.

Useless worries

If a problem is fixable,

If a situation is such that you can do something about it,

Then there is no need to worry.

If it's not fixable,

Then there is no help in worrying.

There is no benefit in worrying whatsoever.
